Eligibility and conditions of recruitment ::-

01} For the post of Stenographer (Hindi

)- (1) Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level 7 (Rs. 28700-91300)

(2) Educational Qualification-

[A] Passed graduation from a recognized university with minimum 45% marks for unreserved category and minimum 40% marks for reserved category.

Important Note :- 1. The number of posts is variable.

2 District and Sessions Judge, Balod has the right to change the date of examination. Will be safe near district Balod (Chhattisgarh).

Certificate of passing Hindi stenography examination from Chhattisgarh or Madhya Pradesh Typewriting and Typewriting Examination Board or any other equivalent board recognized by the Government.

(C) Diploma in Computer Application [DCA] from a University or an Institution recognized by the State Government or the Central Government with M.S. Minimum computer knowledge of Word and Internet.

(d) Must have a speed of 5,000 key depressions per hour in Hindi computer typing.

For the post of Assistant Grade-III (Evidence Writer and Process Writer)- [02] (1) (2) Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level 4, (Rs. 19500-62000)

Educational Qualifications –

(A) Passed graduation from a recognized university with minimum 45% marks for unreserved category and minimum 40% marks for reserved category.

(b) Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a University or an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government with minimum computer knowledge of MS Word and Internet.

(c) Must have a speed of 5,000 key depressions per hour in Hindi computer typing. (Skill test will be taken in relation to speed.)

Age limit and other conditions of eligibility :-
Age limit :-

Such candidates will be eligible for the above posts, whose age is not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years as on December 01, 2022, but Ch. The upper age limit will be 40 years for the local/native candidates. The exemption given by the state government in the maximum age limit for the local residents of Chhattisgarh state, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (Non-Cmilayer), women etc.,

Those relaxations will remain in force and the maximum age limit will not exceed 45 years after including all types of age relaxation given to the candidates on the basis of instructions issued from time to time by the General Administration Department regarding age. For applicants from other states outside Chhattisgarh, the maximum age limit will be 30 years.

For age certificate, High School / Higher Secondary certificate, in which date of birth is mentioned, will be valid. Those candidates who want relaxation in upper age limit, it will be mandatory for them to submit relevant documents.

Other conditions
1. He should have live registration in the employment office. [Not applicable for working government servants

2. The selected candidates of Stenographer (Hindi) and Assistant Grade III will be appointed on a probation period of 03 years (three years), the minimum 70% of the pay scale of that post will be given to the servants appointed on this probationary period in the first, second and third year respectively. , 80% 90% amount will be payable as stipend, but during the probation period other allowances along with stipend will be received like other working personnel.

3. Selected candidates can be appointed in District Court / External Courts of Balod district. 4. In case the educational qualification, caste, residence certificate submitted by the selected candidates is found to be fake,
the service of the selected candidate will be terminated without any information and criminal proceedings can be instituted.

5. It will be mandatory for SC, ST and OBC candidates to submit the original copy of the permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority, before joining the post after the appointment order on the above mentioned posts.
6. It is mandatory to have all the necessary certificates alive (valid) on the date of application.
7. Candidates who are working in Government Service / Corporation / Board / Undertaking, it will be mandatory for them to submit No Objection Certificate issued by the Appointing Authority / Head of Office along with the application.

8. A male candidate who has more than one wife living and a female candidate who has married a person who already has a wife living shall not be eligible for appointment, provided that the Government are satisfied that (9) If there is a special
reason, such candidate may be exempted from the operation of this rule. Any candidate who has been convicted of an offense shall not be eligible for appointment. 9.

10. If the candidate has been removed or dismissed from service by any High Court, Government or statutory body or local authority, he will be considered ineligible.

-: Process of submission of application :-

[1] Application form can be submitted in the format attached with the advertisement. Completely filled application form in a closed envelope clearly mentioning the post applied for.

To be sent As if the application letter is
written for the appointment to the post of Stenographer Hindi / Assistant Grade-3. The application form to be sent should be sent to the address of Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Balod, District – Balod (Chhattisgarh). Only those applications will be accepted, which have been sent through speed post or registered post. and have been received by this office by 05.00 pm on 20.01.2023. Apart from this, applications received through any other means will not be considered. Applications received after 5.00 pm on 20.01.2023 The letter will not be considered.It will be
mandatory to attach self-attested photocopies of all necessary certificates related to educational qualification, caste, residence, disability etc. along with the application form.

[3] Such candidates who want to apply for more than one post, they will have to submit separate application form and it is mandatory to write the name of the applied post and reserved category on the top of the envelope. Candidates are expected to submit applications for more than one post, then they should send separate applications on the same date.

(4) [5] Attach self-attested photocopy of birth certificate or mark list of passing high school or higher secondary examination for correctness of date of birth. Such candidates, who are serving in Government or Semi-Government organization, should submit their present employer/head of department

It will be necessary to attach the permission/no objection certificate to appear in the said examination.

(6) Self-attested color photograph with name written and date should be pasted in the application form and attach self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar card or voter card or driving license or pan card as proof of identity.

This office will not be responsible for late receipt or non-receipt of applications sent by registered post or speed post.
{8} Applications sent through e-mail and fax will not be accepted. Application received without signature will be treated as rejected.

[10] The applicant should carefully read the instructions given in the advertisement and fill all the information required in the application form correctly and completely, on the basis of error and incompleteness in the application form, without informing the applicant, he will be rejected at any stage of selection. Can be canceled

-:: Selection Method for Appointment ::-

Stenographer Hindi –

(A) Written Examination – Under the written examination, objective questions related to General Hindi, English, General Mathematics, General Knowledge, Logical, Computer etc. can be asked. The total number of objective type questions will be 50. In which each question will be of 02 marks. In this way, this written test will be of total 100 marks. Based on the marks obtained in the written test, 10 times the number of candidates against one post from the category wise merit list will be invited for the skill test.

(b) Skill Test – Candidates will be given Hindi dictation of about 300 (three hundred) words for 03 (three) minutes at the speed of 100 (one hundred) words per minute, which will be limited to 20 (twenty) minutes in the stipulated time of the examination. I have to type accurately in the computer. Half mark (1/2) will be deducted for each error, which will also be for each error in heading, bold, paragraph, setting and type. The skill test will be of 150 marks. Typing Skills Test in LibreOffice on Ubuntu Open Source Operating System

Note:- In case of receipt of less number of applications against one post applied for the post of Stenographer Hindi, the selection committee can make rules by taking appropriate decision from time to time.

Assistant Grade-III (Evidence Writer and Process Writer) –

(A) Written Examination – Under the written examination, objective questions related to General Hindi, English, General Mathematics, General Knowledge, Logical, Computer etc. can be asked. The total number of objective type questions will be 50. In which each question will be of 02 marks. In this way, this written test will be of total 100 marks. Based on the marks obtained in the written test, 10 times the number of candidates will be invited for the skill test against one post from the category wise merit list.

Skill Test – Candidates will have to type a passage of about 250 (two hundred and fifty) words accurately in the computer within the stipulated time limit of 10 (ten) minutes. Half mark (1/2) will be deducted for each error, which will also be for each error in heading, bold, paragraph, setting and type. The skill test will be of 125 (one hundred and twenty five) marks. The skill test will have to be typed in Ubuntu Open Source Operating System Caliber Office.

Note- In case of receipt of less number of applications against the two posts applied for Assistant Grade-03 posts, the selection committee may frame rules by taking appropriate decision from time to time.

-:: Selection list and waiting list :-
(01) Selection list for the post of Stenographer Hindi and Assistant Grade-3 will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the skill test only by preparing category wise merit list and category wise waiting list as per rules. List will be prepared.

(02) The waiting list will remain effective for one year from the date of declaration of result.

(03) In case of equal marks, the priority will be decided on the basis of date of birth, the candidate whose date of birth is earlier will be given priority. If the date of birth is the same, the applicant whose name comes first according to the English alphabet will be selected.

– Important Instructions ::-
[1] It will be mandatory for the selected candidate to submit the true copy of all the certificates at the time of taking charge.

(2) The District and Sessions Judge, Balod will have the right to take the final decision regarding the eligibility / ineligibility of the candidate for selection.

[3] The selected candidate will be taken into service only after obtaining a certificate of fitness from the Medical Board of the District Hospital.

[4] Verification of caste certificate of selected candidates of reserved category Director Tribal Research and Training Institute Ch. In case of not being verified from Raipur, Director Tribal Research and Training Institute Ch.G. Will be verified from Raipur.
[5] After taking charge of the selected candidates to whom the appointment orders have been issued, police verification will be done as per rules, in case they are found involved in criminal activities, the appointment can be terminated.

(6) The decision of the District and Sessions Judge, Balod will be final and binding regarding the selection process.

[7] The said appointment will be subject to the final order/decision to be passed in Writ Petition No. (C) 591/2012, 592/2012, 593/2012 and 594/2012 by Honorable Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur regarding reservation.

This notification can be canceled at any time without assigning any reason.

[9] Candidates who try to influence the selection process and examination directly or indirectly, their candidature will be canceled at any stage.

[10] Applicants will be able to appear for the examination by downloading the admit card from the District Court’s website districts.ecourts.gov.in/balod. No separate admit card will be issued by the office. Present colored photograph pasted and self-signed in the photograph column of the candidate in the admit card will have to be submitted. Along with this, identity related documents, such as Aadhaar card or driving license or voter ID card or PAN card will have to be present with the original copy, otherwise you will be denied to appear in the examination. For the written test/skill test/interview, the candidates will have to appear at their own expense on the date of examination at the prescribed time and place. No traveling expenses will be paid to them. In case of large number of candidates, the examination can be taken in more than one shift.


[11] After the code test of the applications received, the list of eligible and ineligible applicants will be published on the District Court’s website districts.ecourts.gov.in/balod and on the notice board. If there is any objection regarding the said publication, then within 07 (seven) days, the applicant will be able to appear on his own and present the written objection before the selection committee. The final eligible list will be published/uploaded on the website after disposal of objections.

[12] Applicants will be present for registration one hour before the scheduled time for the examination by filling the proforma of the admit card on the scheduled date for the examination, if present late, will not be included in the examination.

[13] No separate admit card will be sent to the candidates. Information about the registration number and roll number of the candidates will be posted on the District Court website districts.ecourts.gov.in/balod and on the notice board, which the candidate has to mention on the admit card.

[14] There is no provision for revaluation/recalculation in the written/skill test.

Important Note:- “It will be the responsibility of the applicant himself to ensure that he fulfills all the qualifications and conditions prescribed for the post applied for. Before applying, the applicant should check his/her own eligibility and submit the application form only after fulfilling all the eligibility conditions. Being included in the examination will not in any way mean that the applicant has been considered qualified. In case the applicant is found ineligible at any stage of the selection, the application will be canceled and the candidature will be considered terminated. The service can be terminated if any material information is hidden after the appointment.
