For this, applications are to be invited from eligible candidates who have satisfactorily completed internship in the above period from 31.01.2023 to 10.02.2023 through e-mail email@example.com. On the basis of the applications received, the manager (Van Dhan Vikas Kendra) will be selected by conducting an interview on 14.02.2023 and 15.02.2023 from 12:00 noon, its selection and payment will be done at the Van Dhan Vikas Kendra level only. • B.Sc. (Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry/Biology) and B.E./B.Tech. (Food Technology/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering/Computer Science), M.Sc. (Biotech/B.Tech Biotech), B.A.M.S. Age Range :-
Candidates having prescribed essential qualification can apply for the vacancies. Provided that the maximum age limit of the candidate should not exceed 35 years for each category as on 01.01.2022.resident :-It will be mandatory to be a local resident of Chhattisgarh. For this, it will be mandatory to present the residence certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of document verification.
7.1 Interested candidates should send the application in the attached prescribed form-01 to Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Federation’s e-mail- firstname.lastname@example.org by 10.02.20237.2 Candidates will be called for interview on the basis of applications received. Mere participation of the candidates in the interview as part of the selection process will not imply that they have been selected.
7.3 After reviewing the work done by the candidates, the work efficiency report, conduct and behavior and discipline report will be obtained by the Union Office from the Competent Officer/Managing Director, District Union of their previous post establishment, accordingly the list for interview will be prepared.
7.4 The selection process will be started after the verification of the documents by the candidate.
7.5 Candidates will be selected by the selection committee on the basis of the application received and the assessment of the work done by the candidate in the past and the work plan presented by him and on the basis of the interview. According to the decision of the selection committee, the selection order will be issued to the candidates by the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Association / District Union. After the release of the selection list, the claim objection of any candidate will not be considered. The decision announced by the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Association on the recommendation of the selection committee will be final.
7.6 Selection list will be issued by the selection committee on the basis of previous works done by the candidates

Before the interview, it will be mandatory for the applicant to get the information sent through e-mail in the prescribed format, self-attested documents to be tested by filling necessary information in “Form-01” attached at the interview venue. The applicant will be eligible for selection only if the information presented at the time of application and the information mentioned in the original document are the same. If the selection is canceled due to submission of wrong information, the applicant himself will be responsible.
8.1 Original and photocopy of High School Certificate.
8.2 Original and photocopy of mark sheet of Higher Secondary and certificate of essential educational qualification.
8.3 Original and photocopy of internship experience certificate of internship done in District Banopaj Cooperative Union under Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Cooperative Union Limited.
8.4 Original and photocopy of domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh.
8.5 Proof of Identity with photo (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card or Identity Card issued by any Gazetted Officer).
8.6 Other necessary records and photocopies.
general guidelines :-
9.1 The decision on how many candidates are to be selected as Manager (Van Dhan Vikas Kendra) against the total number of intern posts, will be taken by the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Federation.
9.2 Incomplete, illegible, erroneous applications will be rejected and no information will be given to the candidates in this regard.
9.3 Manager (Van Dhan Vikas Kendra) selection qualification, selection process and other related information will be made available on the union’s website www.cgmfpfed.org. No separate intimation letter will be sent to the candidates in this regard. Therefore, the applicants keep visiting www.cgmfpfed.org continuously.
9.4 The applicant should check his/her own eligibility and appear in the interview only after fulfilling all the eligibility conditions. If the applicant is found ineligible at any stage of the selection, his/her application will be rejected and his/her candidature will be terminated. Type will not be informed separately
9.5 Other candidates who have completed 01-year internship program during the internship period 2022-2023 (months January 2022 to February 2023, March 2022 to March 2023 and April 2022 to April 2023) and candidates who have completed internship program 2022 of the Union Not doing internship i.e. they do not have experience of internship in the said period, they will not be eligible for selection
9.6 The applications of the candidates separated from the internship program on the basis of unsatisfactory performance during the internship period 2022 to 2023 (months January 2022 to February 2023, March 2022 to March 2023 and April 2022 to April 2023) will not be considered.
9.7 Applicants who have been previously punished on the basis of indiscipline, improper behavior or irregularity will be ineligible for selection.
9.8 Factual/clerical error in the advertisement can be rectified at any stage of selection, due notice of which will be published in the website- www.cgmfpfed.org. The process of selection will remain unaffected by such error correction. No representation will be accepted in this regard
9.9 The decision of the appointing authority regarding selection will be final and binding.
9.10 Manager (Van Dhan Vikas Kendra) will be appointed for 01 year. The appointment of Manager (Ban Ghan Vikas Kendra) will be completely temporary, on the basis of work efficiency, the
working period can be extended for a year. This decision will be taken by the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Association
.9.11 The selected candidates have to work for the livelihood of the forest dwellers of Chhattisgarh. For this, the applicant will have to visit the district union and remote area and any place in the entire state as per the instructions of the House Selector Officer or the Competent Officer. Field visits will also have to be done in remote and sensitive areas. Will have to go on migration outside the state as per requirement, accordingly only interested candidates should submit the application.
9.12 Manager (Van Dhan Vikas Kendra) misbehaved during the service of the selected candidates. In case of departure, the service can be terminated by giving immediate notice by both the parties.9.13 If false information is furnished by any applicant, his/her services are liable to be terminated at the time of selection process or at any time after selection.
9.14 After the selection of the candidate in this recruitment process, c. Rajya Laghu Vanopaj Sahakari Sangh Maryadit does not guarantee any kind of job or appointment
9.15 If the selected candidate gives consent for migration to remote areas, his appointment order will be terminated with immediate effect .date of application , Applications from eligible candidates are to be invited from 31.01.2023 to 10.02.2023 through e-mail email@example.com.
