Associate / Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership certificate to be attached with the duly attested application)
Experience –
Essential: 3 Years Experience (Post Professional Qualification) Working as Company Secretary in any Government Company/Public/Private/Listed Company Minimum paid-up capital of Rs. 100 crores and minimum annual turnover of Rs. 300 million. (Experience certificate to be attached with the duly self attested application).
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in handling Company Law matters of Power Sector Government Company (Experience certificate should be attached with the duly self-attested application)
