Nagar Nigam Vacancy 2023 :- TELANGANA STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION: HYDERABAD NOTIFICATION NO. 28/2022,

Dated: 29/12/2022 Group-II Services (General Recruitment) Para – I: 1) Online applications are invited from the eligible applicants through Proforma applications for the posts of the Commission’s website (https:/ /www.tspsc.gov.in) Group-II Services in the State of Telangana.

Applicants who have obtained the requisite degree
must be from Open Universities/Distance Education system recognized by
University Grants Commission/AICTE/Distance Education Bureau as the case may
be. Unless such degrees are recognized by the concerned statutory authority,
they shall not be accepted for the purpose of educational qualification through public notice
thereof. F.27-1/2012 (CPP-II), dt. 27/06/2013. (A University established or incorporated by
or under a State Act shall function only within the territorial jurisdiction allotted to
it under its Act and in no case outside the territory of the State of its location). Proof
of recognition by the relevant statutory authority that their degree/
Universities have been recognized with the candidate.

ii) Equivalent Qualification:

At the time of verification of certificates, if it is seen that
any applicant possesses other than the prescribed qualification and claims it as equivalent to the
prescribed qualifications, then an expert committee consisting
of Decision will be taken on the basis of unit officer and commission
report of the expert committee.

Eligibility of candidates with higher qualification

age:

The minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years and maximum 44 years. Age as on 01/07/2022 (as per Rule-12(1)(a)(v)) of the State and Subordinate Service Rules). (The upper age limit as per GOMs.No.42, GA(Ser.A) Department, dated 19/03/2022 is

Extended by 10 years i.e. from 34 years to 44 years vide GOMs.No.48, General Administration (Ser.A) Department, Dated: 13/04/2022 for Upper age limit for Uniformed Services) Minimum age (18 years ): Applicant should not be born after 01/07/2004 for PC.No.01 to 07 & 09 to 18 Maximum Age (44 Years) : Applicant for PC.No.01 to 07 & 09 to 18 Should not have been born earlier than 02/07/1978

Minimum Age (21 Years)

: For Pc.No.08 Applicant should not be born after 01/07/2001

Maximum Age (30 Years)

: Applicant should not have been born earlier than 02/07/1992 Upper age limit will be relaxable as per rules and will be calculated on the basis of above. Age Relaxation: The upper age limit prescribed above may however be relaxed in the following cases:

(The details of vacancies viz., Community-wise, PH-wise, EWS, Sports Category, Multizone/Zonal and Gender-wise (General/Female) may be seen at Annexure-I.)

Important Note: –

The number of vacancies is subject to variation when information is received from the concerned department. Increase in vacancies, if any, will be accepted only before the date of examination and an addendum to that effect will be issued. The cancellation of vacancies, if any, may be effected till the declaration of result. 3)

(i) The date of Examination (Objective Type) will be announced later and the Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either through Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) or Offline OMR based Objective Type Examination

(ii) The hall ticket can be downloaded before 7 days of the examination.

(iii) CANDIDATES ARE INSTRUCTED TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN ANNEXURE-IV OF THIS NOTIFICATION AND THE INSTRUCTIONS PRINTED ON THE HALL TICKET CAREFULLY AND MUST READ 4) BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE POSTS, CANDIDATES ONCE ONCE Registration has to be done through the official website of TSPSC (https://www.tspsc.gov.in) Registration (OTR). Those who are already registered in OTR can apply by login to their profile with TSPSC ID and Date of Birth as given in OTR.

In case the candidate has forgotten TSPSC ID, the candidate has to visit the website of TSPSC and click on the link “Know Your TSPSC_ID” and enter Aadhaar Number and Date of Birth and get TSPSC-ID). If the candidate has not entered the Aadhaar number in the OTR, the candidate has to enter either his/her registered mobile number or name and date of birth) to get the TSPSC ID.

Note:- i) One time registration will not be treated as application for the post under any circumstances. 

ii) Applicants are advised to maintain their registered mobile number and email ID OTR for receiving OTP/SMS for further communication. 

Important Note: Applicants are requested to keep soft copies of the following documents ready while uploading their applications and updating OTR. I.

Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Pass Port / Driving License / Service ID Card (issued by Central / State / PSU / Public Limited Companies with photograph) / Passbook (Bank / Post Office with photograph) / PAN Card. Second. Educational Qualification i.e. SSC, Intermediate, Degree, Post Graduation etc. Third. Study (bonafide) / residence certificate (1st to 7th class period). 

iv. Community Certificate (SC/ST/BC), Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by BC Competent Authority of Government of Telangana. 

V. Income certificate for the financial year prior to the year of application issued by the competent authority of Government of Telangana for claiming EWS reservation.

vi. Certificates claiming sports and PH reservation, and age relaxation for ex-servicemen. 

5) Applicants having requisite qualification may apply online after satisfying themselves about the terms and conditions of this recruitment. 

6) Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess the requisite qualification as detailed below, as demanded by the department, specified in the relevant service rules, as on the date of notification

Serial Number 08 for PC:-

Physical Requirements for Prohibition and Excise Sub Inspector Male:

i) Height: Should not be less than 167.6 cms

, ii) Chest: The circumference of the chest on full inspiration shall not be less than 86.3 cms with a minimum expansion of 5 cms. Female: Height: Should not be less than 152.5 cms. Note: However, for Scheduled Tribes and Tribal Tribes candidates belonging to the agency areas of Mahbubnagar, Adilabad, Warangal and Khammam must satisfy the following requirements:

Male:- i) Height: Should not be less than 160 cms

ii) Chest: Shall not be less than 80 cms around the chest with a minimum expansion of 3 cms on full inspiration. Female: Height: Should not be less than 150 cms. Note:- For PC. No. 08:- Applicants should satisfy a competent Medical Board as to their fitness, physical requirements, vision etc., as provided in the rules at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.

charge:

i) Application Processing Fee:- Each applicant has to pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards online application processing fee.

ii) Examination Fee:-

Applicants have to pay Rs. 120/- (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Only) towards examination fee. However, a) all employees are exempted from payment of examination fee, and b) all employees of any Government (Central/State/PSU/Corporation/Other Government Sector) are required to pay the prescribed examination fee.

(B) Mode of Payment of Fee: The fee mentioned in Para-I(8)(a) is to be paid online through payment gateway duly following online instructions after submission of application form details. Fee once deposited will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the application processing fee and examination fee, wherever applicable, will entail total rejection of the application.

Unless both the examination fee is paid in full (unless exempted) and the application fee is made, the candidature of the applicant will be rejected and no correspondence or concession in this regard will be considered. The list of banks providing the service for the purpose of online remittance of fee is given in Annexure-II.

HOW TO APPLY
HOW TO SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION FORM: (i) The applicant must read the User Guide (https://www.tspsc.gov.in) for online submission of application and then proceed further. 

Step I: Before applying, applicant has to visit the website (https://www.tspsc.gov.in) and fill OTR application if not registered earlier to get TSPSC ID. Candidates are advised to upload all necessary certificates (However, original certificates should be produced for verification at the time of scrutiny before finalization of select list).While filling the OTR, the applicant has to ensure that there is no mistake in it. 
The Commission will not be held responsible for mistakes, if any, committed by the applicants. If already registered in OTR then applicant can directly access the application form. The applicant is directed to fill up his/her own application very carefully and not to submit it to others.
