In pursuance of GOMs. Home (Service IV) Department No. 153 Dated: 20.10.2022, State Level Police Recruitment Board, Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as SLPRB, AP) invites applications in the prescribed proforma through online mode only for the following posts will be made available on the website ( https://slprb.ap.gov.in ) from 14.12.2022 to 18.01.2023 from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM.

SLPRB, AP reserves the right to notify modifications with respect to any aspect of the recruitment at any point of time during the process of recruitment. Candidates should read the notification carefully, understand and accept all the terms and conditions specified therein before submitting the application form. By the submission of the application form by the candidate, it is assumed that he/she has read the notification and shall abide by the terms and conditions prescribed thereunder.

Form 2. Preliminary written examination will be held on 19.02.2023 (Sunday): Paper I from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM (3 Hours) and Paper II from 02.30 PM to 05.30 PM (3 Hours) on the same day. Registered candidates can download their Hall Ticket from the website on 05.02.2023 from 11.00 AM till the date of Preliminary Written Examination.

Eligibility Conditions:

For the post mentioned against Post Code No. 11, Male and Female are eligible. Second. Only males are eligible for the post mentioned against post code number 13.

b) General rule for Post Code No. 11 & 13:
Must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained
the age of 27 years on the 1st day of July, 2022 i.e. he must have been born not earlier than the 2nd day of July, 1995 and 1 Not after July, 2001.

Age Limit:

b. Age Relaxation: Upper age limit prescribed in para 13 (b) (a) above will be relaxed

as follows: (1) Up to a maximum of five years if the candidate belongs to economically weaker section category.

(ii) up to a maximum of five years if the candidate belongs to Backward Classes or Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.

(iii) The period of regular service is limited to a maximum of five years in case the candidate is an employee of the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. Employees of APTRANSCO, DISCOMS, APGENCO, CORPORATIONS, MUNICIPALITIES, LOCAL BODIES etc. are not entitled for age relaxation.

(iv) Three years in addition to the period of service rendered in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union, for candidates who have served in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union.

(v) Three years in addition to the period of service rendered as full time Cadet Corps Instructor in NCC provided the candidate has rendered a minimum of 6 months service as full time Cadet Corps Instructor in NCC.

Note: Date of Birth as accepted by SLPRB, AP is the one as entered in Secondary School Certificate or Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate. No other document related to age such as horoscope, affidavit, birth extract from Municipal Corporation, service record and similar other documents will be accepted.

14. Minimum Educational Qualification:

6/41 For Post Code: 11 & 13

The candidate must have, as on July 1, 2022, a degree awarded by any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act. Provisional Act or any other equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the State or University Grants Commission.

In the case of a candidate belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe, he must, on the 1st day of July, 2022, have passed the Intermediate Examination conducted by the Competent Authority or such other qualification as may be considered equivalent by the State Government and must have passed in any one of the Universities in India Studied degree.

Note:

1. Candidates having higher qualification than the prescribed qualification and also higher qualification without prescribed qualification will be considered for selection along with the candidates having prescribed qualification only.

2. OBLIGATION OF PROOF OF EDUCATIONAL RECOGNITION

Qualification: Candidates may please note that the onus of proof for
recognition of educational qualification by the State Government, in case of doubt, rests with the candidate only.

3. Degrees obtained through Open Universities/Distance Education Mode should be recognized by the Distance Education Council (DEC), Government of India. Unless such degrees are recognized by DEC, they will not be accepted for the purpose of educational qualification.

In case of doubt proof of recognition by DEC, that the Degree/Universities have been recognized, is to be carried by the candidate. Candidates may also refer to Higher Education (EC) Department’s GO RT No. 143, dated 11.07.2018 and Supreme Court Judgment dated 03.11.2017 in this context.

Fee Structure

a. Candidates having local candidature of Andhra Pradesh belonging to OC & BC applying for the posts of SI (Civil) and RSIS (APSP) have to pay a fee of Rs. 600/- for processing of application, PMT/PET, written test etc. Andhra Pradesh local candidates belonging to SC & ST need to pay only Rs. 300/-. Those who are non local of Andhra Pradesh have to pay a fee of Rs. 600/-.

Note: EWS candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 600/-. Mode of Payment of Fee:

B. 1st Step: The candidate has to visit the SLPRB website https://slprb.ap.gov.in to pay the prescribed registration fee by providing details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, community and SSC hall ticket number or By doing Its equivalent, through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or any other mode available on SLPRB website.

II STEP: After making the payment, the candidate has to visit the website https://slprb.ap.gov.in for submission of Phase I Online Application Form. After paying the fee, if the candidate fails to press “Submit” in the STAGEI Online Application Form, such cases will be rejected without giving any notice, and the fee once paid will not be refunded in any case Will go

III Stage: Candidates declared qualified in the Preliminary Written Examination shall again visit the website https://slprb.ap.gov.in for uploading the Stage II application along with scanned copies of original certificates/documents before attending the PMT. in.

Those who wish to apply for both the categories of posts (Post Code No. 11 & 13) need to submit only one application form.

18. Applications submitted after 05.00 pm on 18.01.2023 will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Candidates must ensure their eligibility

Recruitment Process: Candidates applying for the recruitment should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions given in the notification. Their admission at all stages of the recruitment process will be purely provisional and subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Mere issue of Admit Card/Hall Ticket to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the Board. The Board will verify the eligibility conditions with reference to the original documents only after the candidate has been finally qualified.

Selection Process/Scheme:

The Selection Process/Scheme will be as follows: a) Preliminary Written Examination (Post Code No. 11 & 13): Candidates will be required to appear in two papers (of three hours duration each) for Preliminary Written Examination as detailed below. would be required. The candidate needs to qualify in each of the two papers. The syllabus for the Preliminary Written Examination will be from Paper III and IV respectively at Annexure II.

FINAL SELECTION :

i) FOR POST CODE NO.11: Final selection will be made on the basis of relative merit of the candidates in each category as determined by them on the basis of their scores in the final written examination (Paper III & IV) and as per the provisions of Has been received. “The Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975” and G.O.(P). No. 763, General Administration (SPF.A.) Paper I and II of the final written examination is of qualifying nature, and Paper III consisting of 200 marks and Paper IV consisting of 200 marks, totaling 400 marks, will be taken into account for final selection.

As per GO Ms. No. 124, General Administration (SPF.A) Department, dated 07-03-2002, the provisional list will be divided into two parts. The first part will consist of 30% posts consisting of the combined merit list of local and non-local people and the remaining second part will consist of the remaining 70% posts consisting of local people only and the posts will be duly filled following the rules. Reservation.

ii) For Post Code No. 13 (Male): The final selection of the candidates will be made strictly on the basis of merit relative to the marks obtained by them on the basis of their score in the final written examination (Paper-III-100 marks, Paper -IV-100 Marks, Total 200 Marks) and Physical Efficiency Test (for 100 Marks), Total 300 Marks and in accordance with the provisions of the “Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975” according to which The rule of reservation is not applicable to local candidates.

Note: Preference: When two or more candidates obtain equal marks in a particular category, preference will be given to the candidate who was born earlier. 21. RESERVATION FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES (POST CODE NO. 11): DEFINITION OF LOCAL CANDIDATES:

(1) “local candidate” means a candidate for direct recruitment to any post in relation to the local area where he/she studied in the educational institution(s) for at least four consecutive academic years preceding and including that year in which he appeared for SSC or its equivalent examination. However, if he has not studied in any educational institution during the aforesaid period of four years, it is sufficient that he resides in the area which is claimed as his local area during the aforesaid period.

(i) A candidate not covered by the above will be considered if he/she has studied for a period of at least seven years from the year in which he/she has studied. The maximum period out of the said period of seven years and where the period of his study in two or three local blue seas exceeds the local spa where he last studied (as such)
