The Directorate Agriculture, Assam has published a recruitment notification regarding recruitment of 35 Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer Posts. The Govt. of Assam is going to implement the Projects under RIDF namely Installation STW (Allotment-2) for irrigation purpose covering 33 Districts of the State, Soil Testing Laboratory and Development of Knowledge Centers in 96 locations in the State. To expedite the process of implementation of these Projects, the Agriculture Department, Govt. of Assam needs some additional manpower. Accordingly, 31 Junior Engineers in the districts, 1 Assistant Engineer & 3 Junior Engineers at Directorate of Agriculture, Khanapara, on contractual basis.
