(5) In case the grade/score (CPI/CGPA) is mentioned in the marksheet the grade issued by the University/College/ Computation of Marks/percentage from the score or the certificate/marksheet of the calculated marks/percentage from the University/College itself will have to be uploaded compulsorily.
(6) This application form is only for registration of candidature. It will not be considered as a cause of litigation regarding the appointment.
(7) Name of the applicant should be filled both in English and Gujarati, and all other details have to be filled in English by the applicant.
(8) Merit based selection system for selection of Anganwadi Worker/Tedagar in Human Services, Candidates study Completed Educational Qualification Class-10/ Class-12/ Diploma/ Graduate/ Post Graduate etc. The course details have to be mentioned in the application and if these details are incomplete/incomplete/wrong then the application will be rejected.
