Instructions related to filling BCECEB online application form:
| Step-One (Registration): | To fill the application form, the candidate should click on the “Click here for Registration” link and enter all the information asked correctly on the computer screen and complete the process of your registration. Candidates should keep in mind at the time of registration that they should enter their own email_ID and mobile no. Because registration and other related information will be sent on the same email ID and mobile no. After successful registration, Provisional Registration Number and Password and other related information will be sent to the same email ID and mobile no. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to keep the email ID, Mobile Number and Provisional Registration Number and Password mentioned in the online application safe, otherwise the council will not be responsible for any kind of problem. Candidates should keep in mind that after registration, when they login to fill the rest of the stops, it will be mandatory for them to change their password after first login. |
| Step-Two (Basic Details): | After successful registration, candidates login to their account by entering their Registration Number and Password and click on Submit button and fill the Required Entries related to Basic Details completely on the computer screen and click on Save & Next button. |
| Step Three (Educational Qualification Details): | After filling the Basic Details, the candidate should completely fill the Required Entries related to Educational Qualification on the computer screen and click on the Save & Next button. |
| Step-Four (Experience Details): | After filling the Education Qualification Details, the candidate should completely fill the Required Entries related to Experience (if applicable) on the computer screen and click on the Save & Next button. |
| Step-Five ( Upload Photo & Signature): | After filling the related information, the candidate should upload his high contrast colored passport size photograph and signature as per the instructions given on the computer screen, scan it and upload it at the designated place and click on the Save & Next button. |
| Step Sis (Preview your Application): | After uploading your photo signature, the candidate should check the information given by you thoroughly. If the information given in Step-Two Step-Three Step-Four and Step-Five is found to be wrong during the checking, then the candidate can correct this information by clicking on the Back button and clicking on the Submit & Next button. So that the information given by you again can be updated. If all the information in the preview of the filled application form is correct, then give your declaration and click on the “Firmal Submit” button, so that the candidates can deposit the examination fee. |
| Step- Seven (Payment of Examination Fee): | After seeing the preview of all the entries filled by the candidate, click on “Proceed to Payment” button, after “Final Submit”, complete the payment process as per the instruction to pay the examination fee on the computer screen. The deposited examination fee is not returned. will go. Following are the two procedures for depositing the examination fee |
| (a) Payment through Bank Challan | If the candidate wants to deposit the examination fee through bank challan, then he should select Offline / NEFT Chullan option from the payment mode displayed on the computer screen, download his challan, print it out and mark it on the chullan. You can pay through Cash / NEFT by visiting any bank till the last date for depositing the examination fee. If the candidate for any reason If the candidate is not able to deposit the examination fee by the last date for depositing the examination fee mentioned on the Challan, then the candidate can log in to his account again, download the Challan again according to the above procedure and take out the print and deposit the examination fee mentioned on the Challan in any bank account till the last date. You can pay through Cash NEFT by visiting. If the candidate does not do this, the process of payment of examination fee through challan will be considered unsuccessful. The process of payment of examination fee through challan may take approximately 1 hour to update. If their payment is not updated then they should wait for at least 24 hours. If Paymenit is not updated even then, scan the copy of some records like challan and mail it to helpdesk’s email_ID [email protected] before the scheduled date and time. No consideration will be given to the email received for problems like payment not being updated after the due date. On depositing the examination fee through challan, the additional amount (Processing Charge) will have to be paid by the candidate himself. |
| (ख) Online Payment : | If the candidate wants to pay the examination fee online through Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking / UPI, then he/she can pay the Examination Fee through Credit or Debit Card or Net Banking/UPT by selecting the online option in the Payment Mode displayed on the computer screen . After depositing the examination fee, the additional amount (Processing Charge) will have to be paid by the candidate himself. |
| (c) The necessary details related to the payment of examination fee by the above methods are as follows; | General Economically Weaker Section, Backward Class, Extremely Backward Class male / female candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs.1200/- (Four Hundred) as examination fee. While male/female candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and male/female candidates belonging to Disabled Quota will have to pay an amount of Rs.600/- (six hundred) as examination fee. , |
| Step-Eight (Dowload / Print Application Form / Transaction Reccipt): |
| After making the payment till the date and time fixed by the council, the candidate should download the application form filled by him, take a print out and keep it safe, because all the entries filled by you in it. Will be, which can be used by you in future and Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. to be presented in order of any kind of investigation. | Note :(a) After successfully filling the application form, a confirmation mail will be sent to the candidate’s email id, which will contain the information filled by the candidate. |
| (b) There will be no need to send the hard copy of the downloaded application form to the council office. It will be required at the time of Documents Verification. |
| (c) Candidates may please note that after the submission of the application form, it can neither be withdrawn nor the request for refund of the deposited examination fee will be accepted. |
| (d) The Board will not be responsible for internet or banking disruption. So the candidates will not wait for the last dates and complete all the process before that. |
| If any wrong entry has been made by any candidate while filling the online application, then they can enter their Registration No. And after login to your account by clicking on Password “Submit” button, click on Edit Details Link and correct the wrong entry on 06.01.2023. From 08.01.2023 to 08.01.2023 can make corrections. |
| In order to correct the mistake, the candidate should keep in mind that after editing the data, clicking on the “Save & Next” button on all the steps, reach the “Preview your Application Form” step and after checking the data edited by you and Tick the Check Box for your declaration and click on the “Final Submit” button. |
| If the candidate does not complete the above process after correcting any kind of mistake, then in that case the data edited by him will not be considered as edited data and all the information given by him earlier will be considered as complete and correct. for which the candidates themselves will be responsible. No chance will be given to edit the data again after the final submission of the data. |
| If a wrong entry has been made by a candidate and the mistake is not rectified from 06.01.2023 to 08.01.2023, then the candidate himself will be responsible for the online correction, if the difference amount of examination fee is deposited by any candidate. If the situation arises, then after the final submission of the data, the concerned candidate should download / print the difference amount E-receipt by clicking on the “Difference Amount E-receipt Print” link, in which the method for depositing the difference amount will be mentioned in detail. |
| If the candidate sends the period up to date 02.01.2023 as per the mentioned fund or sends wrong information, which cannot be confirmed, then in that case all the information given earlier by the concerned candidate will be considered completely complete and correct. |
| I will pay the difference amount of the examination fee through NEFT from any bank and after payment, send information related to payment to the Council’s Helpdesk Email_id [email protected] and attach NEFT Transaction Slip to your Registration No. And will send with name.
