Selection Process
Development Assistant:
1. Selection Process: – 30 percent weightage marks of graduation marks, 40 percent weightage marks of postgraduate / diploma in management, maximum 20 marks for experience and 10 marks in interview, thus preparing a merit list on the basis of total 100 marks. Taxes will be selected on the basis of that.
Assistant Grade-3:
1. Selection Process: – Educational Qualification 40 percent weightage of 12th class score percentage, maximum 20 marks for experience and 40 marks in skill test. In this way, on the basis of total 100 marks, a merit list will be prepared and selection will be done on the basis of that.
Pay :
1. Selection Process Educational Qualification The merit list will be prepared by giving 100% weightage to the marks obtained in class 8th and selection will be done on the basis of that. If an applicant has given only grades and not the percentage marks mentioned in the 8th class mark list, then those applicants will be given the average percentage of that grade. For example, if an applicant has got A grade in class VIII and A grade is from 80 percent to 90 percent, then the merit list will be prepared considering that applicant’s marks as 85 percent.
2. The inter-se seniority of the candidates securing equal marks will be determined on the basis of their age, according to which the candidate with older age will be selected first.
