Qualification / Essentials

To provide human resource for the FRA cell constituted at the identified section level in each concerned district.

The honorarium includes monthly wage rates and travel expenses fixed by the state government for highly skilled workers.

Second class graduate degree holder from a recognized university. Must have general knowledge of computer.

Minimum three years’ experience of working in the field is relaxable. If the experience certificate of any government or registered non-government organization working in the state of Chhattisgarh is attached, then preference will be given to the above candidate.

The maximum age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01 January 2022.

The applicant should be a domicile of Chhattisgarh state, for this certificate will have to be attached. Must have general knowledge of tribal traditions, customs, culture.

How to apply

After completing the application in the prescribed form and self-attesting the necessary documents, it will be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Office of the concerned district headquarters by 21.11.2022.

Other Terms & Conditions

(ii) On the basis of the application form found correct after the examination of the application form, the eligible applicants will be invited for interview at the concerned district headquarters. The applicant will have to bear the cost of traveling for the interview.

(iii) Original certificates of educational and experience will have to be produced at the time of interview. Applicants found eligible after the test will be invited for interview and will be informed on phone/email from the scheduled date of interview.

(iv) A committee will be formed at the district level by the District Collector/Chairman DLC for the interview. Every eligible applicant will be interviewed by the Interview Committee on the scheduled date.

Experts can also be invited from the headquarters level in the interview committee.

(v) The successful candidates will be posted on the basis of merit of marks obtained in the interview. Successful trainees will have to give joining within 15 days, otherwise, if they do not join, the candidate will be given an opportunity from the waiting list. The decision of the Competent Authority (District Collector) in this regard will be final.

(vi) The posting will be done by the competent authority (District Collector) at the district level. The decision of the competent authority in this regard will be final.

Duties of the Post (District Project Coordinator)

Assigned work related to the implementation of Forest Rights Act like FRA MPR QPR by collecting FRA data from all block level and presenting it helpful.

To assist in providing the Commissioner / District Nodal Officer.

To provide practical training related to the implementation of FRA to the members of the Forest Rights Committees / field staff Working in harmony with the field workers.

To assist in documenting and data presentation of recognition of forest rights at DLC level.

To conduct field visits and discuss the problems with the concerned persons/public representatives and government employees/officers to solve the problems.

Supporting individual forest rights holders in past claims

To assist in establishing coordination between the FRA cell at the district level and at the section level. To establish coordination at the district level / section level among the departments related to the implementation of the Forest Rights Act.

Other tasks assigned by the District Officer. Reporting to the District Nodal Officer.

Field Worker

  1. To cooperate in providing the entrusted work related to the implementation of Forest Rights Act such as FRA, MPR, QPR, collection of FRA data from all block level and making it available to the Section Officer Revenue / Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat. Regarding the implementation of FRA to the members of Forest Rights Committees / field employees
  2. To provide practical training and help in solving problems. Documentation of recognition of forest rights at SDLC level and submission of data
  3. To cooperate in doing.
  4. Conducting field visits and discussing the problems with the concerned persons/public representatives and government employees/officers and finding solutions.
