The upper age limit will be 40 years for the local/native candidates of U.P. The exemption given by the state government in the maximum age limit for local residents of Chhattisgarh state,
scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, other backward class (non-mile layer), women etc.Those relaxations will remain in force and the maximum age will not exceed 45 years after including all types of age relaxation given to the candidates on the basis of instructions issued from time to time by the General Administration Department regarding age. For applicants from other states outside Chhattisgarh, the maximum age limit will not exceed 30 years.1.
They should have live registration in employment office (working government servants will be exempted)2. Finance instructions 2020 of Chhattisgarh Government Finance Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhavan, Naya Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur Nava Raipur Atal Nagar dated 29/07/2020 and Ministry of General Administration Department, to the selected candidates3. Mahanadi Bhavan, Nava Raipur Patal Nagar, on the basis of notification dated 28 July 2020, the selected candidate will be appointed on probation for three years and the servants appointed on the said probationary period will be given the pay scale of that post in the first, second and third year respectively.
Minimum 70%, 80%, 90% amount will be payable as stipend, but during the probation period, along with stipend, other allowances will be received like other working personnel4. In case the educational qualification, caste, residence certificate submitted by the selected candidates is found to be untrue, the service of the selected candidate may be terminated and criminal proceedings may be instituted without informing the selected candidate.5. It will be mandatory for SC, ST and OBC candidates to submit the original copy of permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of recruitment/selection for the above posts.6. It is mandatory to have all the necessary certificates alive (valid) on the date of application.
7. Candidates who are working in Government Service / Corporation / Board / Undertaking, it will be mandatory for them to submit No Objection Certificate issued by the Appointing Authority / Head of Office along with the application.8. A male candidate who has more than one wife living and a female candidate who has married a person who already has a wife living shall not be eligible for appointment, provided that the Government are satisfied that If there is a special reason for his absence, he may exempt such candidate from the operation of this rule.
2. In case of equal marks, the priority will be decided on the basis of date of birth, the candidate whose date of birth is earlier will be given priority. If the date of birth is the same, the applicant whose name comes first according to the English alphabet will be selected.
3. First a provisional list of the selected candidates will be prepared, which will be published on the website of the office and in the notice board of the office.4. In relation to the certificates of the selected candidate, if anyone has any claim objection, he can present it in this office within 15 days. In case no representation is received within the said time period, it will be assumed that no candidate has any objection.
5. After that the selected candidates will be taken in Rova only after obtaining the health fitness certificate from the medical board in the district hospital and the caste certificate of the selected candidates in the reserved category will be verified from the Director, Tribal Research and Training Institute Chhattisgarh Raipur. Only after that it will be taken into service.6. On receipt of adverse comments in the investigation of the Pragan Patras, he can be separated from the service and legal action will also be taken. Along with the merit list, waiting list will also be issued for the above post, which will be valid for a maximum of one year.
